Over the years we have developed a strong client base, working with fantastic people, companies and organisations, on all stages of their projects, assisting them, sharing ideas and giving up to date ecological advice. We are a solutions focussed team, offering a wide range of services, delivering on projects ranging from, parkland restoration, housing, education, town expansions, leisure, industrial facilities, utilities, renewables, homeowner and MOD schemes, with our portfolio including places such as the Knepp Estate, Eton College, Brighton Pavilion, Hever Castle, Natural History Musuem, Greenwich University, Port Lympne Zoo, Country Parks, and SSSI's.

We get a buzz out of seeing individuals develop and grow and we embrace knowledge sharing, both within the team and outside. As our acknowledgement of the promotion of industry good practice, we have been sponsors of the CIEEM Awards.

Our team work Hybrid, with a mixture of site-based, working from home, company office and hired meeting rooms. We do not have a set number of days in the office, as with the use of technology and clever planning our team stay connected and collabarate well without regularly commuting, saving them time, the environment and leading to a better balance for all. There is plenty of flexibility and with regular get-togethers (social and work-related) no one feels left out.

To apply for a role, you need to live within the following geographical areas or be willing to relocate to one; Surrey, Kent, West Sussex, East Sussex, Eastern Berkshire, Northern of Hampshire and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking;

  • Principal Ecologists. £42,000 - £48,000 pa
  • Senior Ecologists. £33,000 - £42,000 pa
  • Ecologists. £26,500 - £33,000 pa
  • Seasonal Assistant Ecologists. £25,500 - £26,000 pa
  • Freelance Ecologists

We are open to both full time or part-time.

We are a forward thinking company and over October 2024-March 2025 we trialed a 9-day fortnight (9 working days a fortnight, with 100% salary and 100% productivity) and are currently reviewing the outcome of this trial.

If applying as a freelancer, please email Florence Hodsdon and we will send you a Sub-Contractor Details Form and have a call with you to get to know you more. We have freelancers of all levels and skill sets who assist us, many of whom we have worked with for 10yrs+; developing good long-running relationships with our freelancers is essential to our business.
