Over the years we have developed a strong client base, working with fantastic people, companies and organisations, on all stages of their projects, assisting them, sharing ideas and giving sound ecological advice. We are a solutions focussed team, offering a wide range of services, delivering on projects ranging from, parkland restoration, housing, education, town expansions, leisure, industrial facilities, utilities, renewables, homeowner and MOD schemes, with our portfolio including places such as the Knepp Estate, Eton College, Brighton Pavilion, Hever Castle, Greenwich University, Port Lympne Zoo, and we have recently been working with Natural England completing a range of SSSIs Condition surveys in Surrey.

Please Note: As a Company, we have chosen to steer clear of large infrastructure rail and road projects as they simply do not bring our team the feel-good vibe we are looking for.

We get a buzz out of seeing individuals develop and grow and we embrace knowledge sharing, both within the team and outside. As our acknowledgement of the promotion of industry good practice, we have been regular sponsors of the CIEEM Awards.

The geographical areas in which we are recruiting in are Surrey, Kent, West Sussex, East Sussex, Berkshire, the north of Hampshire and South London.

We have team members who work home-based, hybrid or office-based; there is plenty of flexibility and with regular get-togethers (social and work-related) no one feels left out.

We are currently seeking;

• Senior Ecologists. £33,000 to £40,500 pa (full-time/part-time)
• Ecologists. £25,000 to £32,500 pa (full-time/part-time)
• Freelance Ecologists

We have freelancers of all levels and skill sets who assist us, many of whom we have worked with for 10yrs+; developing good long-running relationships with our freelancers is essential to our business.
